Philosophy

When employers ignore the law, or even worse, act as if they are above the law, timely and decisive action needs to take place.  Not holding employers accountable for legal violations not only sends a dangerous message to employees, but to society as a whole.  Dean strongly believes there is no place for workplace injustice and passionately fights employers to hold them accountable for their legal violations.
