Prior to practicing law, Dean worked in Silicon Valley as a software information developer for Oracle Corporation.
Prior to opening the firm, Dean practiced at a prominent employment law firm in Orange County where he honed his skills as a tough litigator and compassionate adviser. Dean has law and motion writing experience at the trial and appellate levels and has appeared before judges in bench trials, trials, and three-judge appellate panels.
Dean served as judicial extern to the Honorable Oswald Parada, Magistrate Judge, of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
