Christian has extensive litigation experience both at the state and federal levels.  Christian focuses his practice exclusively in the area of employee rights, including cases involving workplace harassment, discrimination, unpaid wages, retaliation, and wrongful termination.  

Prior to opening the firm, Christian represented employee rights at a prominent Orange County law firm and then as the managing partner of his law office.   Prior to focusing his practice in labor and employment law, Christian litigated claims ranging from simple breach of contract to complex commercial issues in both state and federal courts.
